Please enter your employee number in the first box, this must be 7 digits long. Where this is not the case please add leading zeros, for example employee number 1234 should be entered as 0001234.

If you have forgotten your password please select 'Forgotten Password'. You should then receive an email detailing your password. You will be requested to answer three security questions, two of which will be requested at random on each future login.

Once you have reset your password you will then be redirected to the log on screen to log in with your new details.

If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row you will be locked out of the system and will need to follow the above steps again

Whilst on the system please check that your data is correct, if you are a manager please ensure your headcount information is reflective, if a change is required please complete the necessary HR Form and send to the HRSS Team.
